Order Cancellation
bukinistebi.ge is obligated to refund the amount paid by the customer if: a) The customer did not receive the purchased product within a maximum of 5 days from payment; b) The delivered product does not match what was purchased; c) The product is damaged;
If the customer mistakenly indicated the desired product at the time of purchase, bukinistebi.ge agrees to exchange the purchased product if: a) The customer pays at their own expense for re-delivery of the product, b) The actual stock of the newly requested product is confirmed in bukinistebi.ge's online store. c) If the actual stock of the newly requested product is not found in bukinistebi.ge's online store, then the customer retains the paid amount limit and is given the opportunity to purchase other desired model products within the paid amount limit.

Please note that when registering as a bookdealer, the cart button will disappear and you will not be able to buy products. If you want to buy products, you must register with a different email as a user (and not as a bookdealer).

After posting a book, you must wait for moderation. Before moderation, your product will not appear in the database and users will not have access to it. The maximum moderation time is 24 hours.
